We grow flowers and trees the way nature intended.
ABOUT
In life’s Third Act, we are finally defining life for ourselves, fulfilling our dreams by living in nature and drawing upon its beautiful bounty.
FARM projects
This past two years have been busy. We commenced a restoration project on our 1870’s bank barn; built two high tunnels; and got our flower and tree production operation going.
“If you take a flower in your hand and really look at it, it's your world for a moment.”

FARM HOME LIFE
Nearly a decade ago a phone call out of the blue led my husband and I to the unthinkable—leaving our beloved California. An offer we could not refuse took us first to Tulsa, Oklahoma, then to Fort Wayne, Indiana, and, ultimately, to our dream life.

“The earth laughs in flowers.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson
BIRDSONG ANNUAL FLOWER CROP
The year starts with Hellebores in early spring, followed by Peonies around Mother’s Day, then Dahlias and Hydrangeas that bloom into the late fall. The Peonies took 3 years to mature before first blooms were available.
